Should I get a final inspection?
A final inspection ensures that the work has been performed to our standards. Not only does this report give you peace of mind, it will be very important when you wish to sell your home or re-finance.
What is included with the initial inspection fee?
The fee includes a written foundation inspection report, which will include details involving the inspection and and repairs that are suggested, and a drawing of the property with the elevations that were taken during the inspection. The report is signed and sealed by a professional civil engineer, which is required in many cities to perform foundation work.
